MORE THEN 100 PORTRAITS OF GRAND BOSTONIANS

Boston has long been home to many legendary figures and personalities. In an effort to honor these people for their fine work and achievements, Ackerley Outdoor Advertising teamed-up with Joe Tecce's Restaurant, a landmark eatery in Boston's North End, to develop the Gallery of Grand Bostonians, a tribute to the many citizens, past and present, who have made an impact on the Boston area.
Nominees were invited to participate in the Gallery by submitting a recent photograph. From these photos, artist Daniel Varoujan Hejinian composed and drew an individual "likeness" of each of Massachusetts' most popular figures for display in the Gallery
